Pot Stilled High Ester 66.5% is a white rum, pure cane juice, extremely tasty like Jamaican rums. This includes a very long fermentation period, the addition of sugar cane juice to the dunder and the low alcohol titration during distillation, give a rum with a high grammage of volatile compounds (congeners) and therefore esters.
