Lamai Thai Spirits

Lamai Thai Spirits is an artisanal distillery in northern Thailand. Sugar cane is grown locally (Lamphun province). Specificity of the distillery, the canes, cut by hand are lightly toasted before being cold pressed, the distillation is carried out in a still 100% copper.
