Artisanal and careful production

Harvested from the Issan plantations, this white rum highlights all the richness of the Thai terroir. Distillation in a traditional still extracts an aromatic palette of great finesse, offering a pure and natural expression of the cane.

An intense and balanced aromatic profile

The nose reveals a soft and delicate cane, embellished with notes of citrus and a touch of pepper. With aeration, the exotic aromas intensify, highlighting the richness of the vegetal. On the palate, the attack is round and velvety, evolving towards an aromatic power marked by pepper and a slight lemony bitterness. The finish, long and vibrant, leaves a fresh, vegetal and subtly spicy imprint. A true cane brandy, pure and refined.

Issan Rum

The Issan Rum distillery is located in the Issan region, in the north-east of Thailand, very close to the border of Laos and its capital Ventiane.
This distillery, created by a Frenchman in 2013, works on its own land and forges lasting partnerships with local producers located in the immediate vicinity.
