Product Overview

Distilled in 2008 at Trinidad Distillers Limited (TDL), this traditional rum has been patiently aged for 17 years in Bourbon barrels — first 8 years in a tropical climate, then 9 years in Europe. This two-stage ageing gives this spirit a remarkable complexity. Bottled on April 3, 2025 for the Rhum Fest Paris 2025, this exclusive cuvée has a degree of 61% and is available in only 90 numbered 50 cl bottles , reserved for enlightened amateurs.

Tasting notes

The nose reveals aromas of peach and apricot, enriched with smoky touches and small spices. On the palate, roasted peach is a must, accompanied by cola and ripe strawberry, always sublimated by a slightly smoky signature. The finish, marked by notes of hydrocarbons and a delicacy of cooked caramel, stretches long on the palate.
