Ageing in a double climate

This rum was aged in oak barrels in a double climate: tropical, then temperate in Scotland. This maturation gives it an aromatic palette of great complexity, sublimating the influences of each environment.

The aromas of brown sugar and licorice blend harmoniously with stewed tropical fruits such as coconut and orange. Touches of delicate spices, vanilla and wood, complete this remarkably elegant rum. Limited edition of only 312 bottles.
