Distillerie d'Isle de France

The Isle de France Distillery is above all a story of friendship, knowledge sharing and love of good products. A project we have been working on since 2016. The farm of Olivier (co-founder) was built in 1760, it is the farm of the castle having belonged to the Countess of Segur. Steeped in history, this farm has a tithe barn, a nod to history to our customs friends.

Several buildings could have lent themselves to the distillery, the choice of a barn of reasonable proportions, rather than the tithe barn is economic, but we look forward to aging our best bottles there.
