Distillerie Nitos

"NITOS" is the result of a meeting between two close friends, Nicolas and Daniel, in high school. Nitos embodies the fusion between contemporary quality requirements and short circuits, as well as the tradition of distilling local products full of sunshine and tramontana, thus offering a high sugar yield. With "NITOS", Daniel and Nicolas want you to discover originality, traditions, perfumes, flavors and terroir.

"NI" represents Nicolas, passionate about spirits, good wines and aromas of our region. He is deeply attached to our winegrowers, our farmers, all these true artisans of the land who make us vibrate, and who make our magnificent department vibrate by preserving our authenticity.

"TOS" is the nickname of Daniel, the "chemist" of the duo. Like his partner, he deeply loves our department, but he is also drawn to distant lands such as South America.
