The sugar cane used in this rum, aged for 10 years in American oak barrels, has been grown using organic and sustainable farming methods by 6000 small producers in Belize, grouped together in a cooperative. FAIR 10 years, Rum Belize completes the FAIR range, which now includes three rums. This new bottling certified "fair trade" is a limited edition.
