The rum is contained in a high-strength glass tube and hermetically sealed to retain all the flavors and aromas of the rum. Their diameter is large enough to allow you to also smell the rums in samples.
Our tasting notes for Belize
Nose : rond et vif à la fois. Médicinal (ricin, sinapisme), il est également fruité (poire, groseille blanche) et salé. Epicé (girofle, muscade), il monte en puissance pour devenir empyreumatique (thuya, huile essentielle) et hyper vanillé.
Palate : capiteuse, puissante. Dans un premier temps, elle se révèle être une copie conforme du nez. Puis, elle laisse progressivement s’exprimer avec sérénité et gourmandise son tempérament fruité (abricot, pêche, melon) et pâtissier (crème brûlée, madeleine).
Finish : longue, grasse. D’une tannicité fruitée (peau de pêche, zestes d’agrume), elle se montre également terreuse (racine de gentiane). Elle se prolonge sur des notes de tubéreuse, de giroflée et de dahlia.
