The sugarcane that will serve as the basis for Trois Rivières Cuvée de l'Océan rum is grown on a plot of cane located in the far south. The canes were stroked by the sun and the ocean spray, then the salt gradually settled on the stems.
This unique rum is studded by saline touches . Fruity and iodized are the words that characterize it.
From there, it is easy to pair it with a rich and appetizing seafood platter.
