Nose : gingembre frais, cannelle, pâte d’amande.

Palate : vanille, pain d’épice.

Finish : intense, épicée.

Spytail

Spytail Black Ginger Rum – is a blend created from rums from the French Caribbean and bottled in Cognac in France. Named after a famous submarine whose plans were discovered by Spytail distillers, it is based on a traditional nineteenth-century recipe of aging French Caribbean rum in barrels filled with fresh ginger and spices – resulting in rich, spicy and complex rum.
