Created by the That Boutique-y Rum Companybrand, the Signature Blend range honors innovative combinations of styles. This first reference, called Bright-Grass, is the result of the work of rum specialist Peter Holland. It symbolizes the union between Martinique and Jamaica, represented on the label by the Martinican white snake and the Jamaican national flower.
A fresh and exotic flavour profile
Its crystalline colour announces a beautiful liveliness. The nose reveals exotic notes of pineapple, followed by accents of fresh grass, watermelon and pear. On the palate, these aromas are enriched by a woody, vanilla and caramelized harmony. The finish, dynamic and spicy, gives way to touches of ginger, prolonging this aromatic experience with finesse.
