Produced in the Bons Bois, a terroir renowned for its eaux-de-vie with a rich character, this cognac from 1999 offers a rare aromatic intensity. With its 50.5% bottling, it reveals a perfect balance between power and complexity, ideal for pure tasting after light aeration.

A unique sensory journey

The nose opens with aromas of grapes, raisin bread and cotton candy, enhanced by notes of soft caramel and vanilla. On the palate, it seduces with its richness: dark chocolate with chilli, truffles and red fruits are combined with touches of neroli. The finish, persistent and spicy, evokes cardamom and nutmeg, with a gourmet reminder of buttered toast.
