Nose : Apples galore! Apple snow, toffee apples in a cardboard box, Calvados, medium cider, rubber trugs full of ripe apples and baked apples with cloves and sultanas syrup smoking in a copper pan on the hob
Palate : Creamy and smooth mouthfeel, cloves, banana pancakes cooking on a griddle, echinacea and rubber
Finish : Rubber mats, warm banana pancakes topped with vanilla cream
