here are some of the 19 spices that make up this vintage gin, aged 6 months in Cognac barrels from Château de Bonbonnet.

The Gin Citadelle finally reveals its new singular profile and a copper color that illuminates its bottle! The opportunity to (re)discover the finesse and elegance of this French gin made according to ancestral know-how: distillation in copper stills with a flame and the infusion of 19 spices endow this gin with a great aromatic richness. Profile: juniper berries, spices (cloves, curry, cardamom, cinnamon), citrus fruits (lemon, orange zest), dried fruits (almond, hazelnut), red fruits (blackcurrant).

After several years of research in the archives of Flanders, and development in its distillery, Maison Ferrand launches the first bottle bearing the Citadelle brand.
