Distillerie de Paris - Rhum Ambré is a singular rum, produced in the heart of the French capital. Made from molasses from Latin America, it is fermented, distilled and aged in the micro-distillery founded by brothers Sébastien and Nicolas Julhès. Its 5-month ageing in small 100-litre barrels signed Seguin Moreau gives it a beautiful aromatic complexity.

A bold and artisanal project

The first rum distillery to be established in Paris, this artisanal house highlights precise know-how and an experimental approach. The choice of French oak barrels, shaped by a famous Charente cooper, brings a unique touch to this amber rum.

A refined aromatic profile

Marked by freshness and elegance, this rum reveals powerful floral aromas, enriched by a certain delicacy. Its passage in Seguin Moreau barrels gives it a subtle roundness, balanced by delicate woody notes. An original and refined expression, perfect for a pure tasting or in a sophisticated cocktail .

The Distillerie de Paris was born on January 22, 2015 in the 10th arrondissement of Paris. Nicolas and Sébastien Julhès are already producing a very beautiful variety of spirits of incredible precision in their Holstein still.
