Created in 2021 in Pessac, Swell de Spirits is a family business founded by Michael Barbaria and Kelly. Their passion for spirits has led them to produce limited editions of rum, whisky, armagnac and cognac from distilleries around the world. Los Convidados, their partnership with Bruno Sarabia and Darian Penichet, reflects their commitment to authentic Mexican spirits, including gin.

The gin Mexican Gin - Los Convidados, distilled at the Satvrnal distillery in Jalisco, is a celebration of Mexican flavors. This London Dry Gin combines juniper berries, coriander leaves, angelica root, and iris, enriched with Tecomán lime, lemon, bitter orange, and lavender. Grains of paradise, cubeb pepper and licorice add a unique spicy and aromatic depth.
