Having found its ideal degree after a very slow reduction, it shines in particular by the minerality of its distillate, by the diversity of its fruitiness, by the freshness of its vegetal and herbaceous notes and by the smoothness of its lactic character. Beyond that, we must add floral and spicy sequences placed in the right place to nuance the aromatic and gustatory palette a little more.

Our tasting notes for Guadeloupe 2013

Nose : Corbeil de fruit (mirabelle, ananas, poire, citron), note de canne à sucre, fleurs capiteuses et lait de coco.

Palate : Attaque végétale et épicée. Confiture de mirabelle, sauge et notes torréfiées.

Finish : Mentholé, tabac et gingembre. Belle longueur.
