Distillery heritage

Worthy Park remains one of Jamaica's most respected distilleries, perpetuating traditional fermentation and distillation techniques for generations. This historic distillery produces rums of legendary aromatic intensity, characteristic of the authentic Jamaican style.

Manufacturing techniques

This 2007 vintage reveals all the complexity of the Jamaican process: prolonged fermentation with indigenous yeasts, distillation in a traditional still , and ageing in a tropical climate. This artisanal approach develops intense natural esters, creating a spirit with characteristic fruity and spicy aromas. The maturation in oak barrels gradually reveals all the richness of this exceptional Caribbean terroir.
