From Guatemala to the Charente, an exceptional course

Imagined by Jean Moueix and Alexandre Sirech, founders of the company Les Bienheureux — already at the origin of Bellevoye whisky — El Pasador De Oro selects the best Guatemalan distillates. Made from virgin honey, the rum undergoes a first prolonged ageing in Guatemala according to the solera method, in different types of barrels. It is then transported to France for a six-month maturation in Cognac barrels, in the Charente cellars.

A 52% brut of character

With a sugar content limited to 10 g/l and a degree of 52% vol., this cuvée is aimed at lovers of frank and unpretentious profiles. The nose delivers aromas of exotic fruits, vanilla and toasted wood. On the palate, the alcoholic power carries notes of pastry, yellow fruits and warm spices. The finish is dry, long, enhanced by the signature of the Charentais barrels. A rum to be enjoyed neat or with an ice cube to reveal the full palette.
