Aged for 15 years in a tropical climate in bourbon barrels, then refined for 3 years in France in cognac barrels, it reveals an exceptional aromatic complexity. Unlike other rums in the range, this edition has not undergone any addition of sugar, thus preserving all its authenticity.

The barrels of the Ferrand house are very popular with some rum producers who use them to refine their product. During these exchanges, Alexandre Gabriel had the opportunity to discover very old batches with an aromatic richness and a diversity of extraordinary aromas.
