Teeling Single Pot Still
It is to this Dublin heritage, known for producing triple whiskeys distilled from unmalted barley, that the Teeling brothers decided to pay tribute with this Single Pot Still: made from 50% unmalted barley and 50% malted barley, triple distilled, the future whiskey was then placed in three different barrels: new oak barrels, ex-wine barrels and ex-Bourbon barrels. A result full of elegance, very fruity, and which offers surprising notes for its young age of toasted almonds and maple syrup.
