Controlled ageing in Madeira barrels

Distilled in April 2023, this DOK rum has the highest possible ester content, unique to the Hampden distillery. Aged for 9 months in Europe in a first-fill Madeira barrel, it was bottled in May 2024 at an alcohol content of 63.4%.
