This rum from the Transcontinental Rum Line illustrates the double ageing dear to the collection: 4 years in a tropical climate and then 1 year in Europe. Bottled at 57.18% vol., it reveals an intense and complex aromatic profile. The nose reveals smoky and medicinal notes, enriched by coconut, candied lemon and a touch of camphor. On the palate, vegetal flavours of infused herbs are accompanied by ginger and bitter orange, before finishing with an elegant finish marked by star anise, pine and a hint of smoke. An assertive sensory experience, intended for lovers of powerful and expressive rums.
