Equipped with a double twisted iron still with a capacity of 18,000 liters, it develops light rums, medium rums and heavy rums, like this version, distilled in 2006 which with a snap of the finger goes from an aromatic palette all in sweetness to a particularly lively and sharp taste palette. It offers with great harmony a finish clearly marked by notes of sugar cane.
