Aged for 22 years, it reveals a complex profile, mixing woody, fruity and floral notes with a mineral and empyreumatic depth. A bewitching and refined tasting

  • Nose: Rich and pulpy, it opens with aromas of chocolate, beeswax, candied apricot and marmalade. Red fruits (raspberry, redcurrant) intertwine with notes of toasted nuts, while aeration reveals scents of vetiver and dried rose.

  • Mouth: Lively and powerful, it contrasts with the nose revealing an empyreumatic (turpentine, diesel) and spicy (Espelette) character. The acidity is reminiscent of wild raspberries before moving towards an assertive minerality, evoking zan and volcanic nuances.

  • Final: Long and heady, it evolves on gourmet flavors of lavender honey, wild strawberry and desserts such as gingerbread and prune cake. The finish softens with powdery notes of cocoa and fruity touches of date and fig.
