Containing a level of esters ranging between 1500 and 1600 grams per hectolitre of pure alcohol, this cuvée called TECC is one of the most extreme brands (marks) produced by the Long Pond distillery. Evoking from start to finish an Amontillado sherry, it is wonderfully oxidative. In this register full of exiberance, the very pleasant reduction that we perceive on the nose is even one of the highlights of the tasting. Magnificent!
