This is the EMB mark containing 125 to 175 gr/hlaap (grams per hectoliter of pure alcohol) of esters at distillation, but 22 long years in the hot and humid climate of Jamaica we obtain more than 427gr/hlaap.

It should be noted that these marks are the result of distillation and that ageing, in the mild climate of Jamaica, accentuates and develops the congeners of which esters are a part. When it was bottling in 2019, the ester content increased considerably. This Jamaican is bottled in its natural degree and intensity: a cask strength of 67.9°.
