Origins and know-how

Founded in 1917 by Jacques Bally, this emblematic Carbet distillery perpetuates a century-old heritage at the foot of Mount Pelée. This Martinican house has built a reputation for excellence by respecting the traditional methods of producing agricultural rum, exploiting the richness of the volcanic terroir to create exceptional spirits.

Artisanal production method

This special reserve benefits from prolonged ageing in oak barrels, allowing the development of a remarkable aromatic complexity under the influence of the tropical Martinique climate . The expert blending of different vintages reveals all the mastery of the cellar master, creating an old rum with unique characteristics, testifying to the traditional art of this century-old distillery.
