A specific manufacturing process

Made from molasses, this rum benefits from a prolonged fermentation of 10 days with indigenous yeasts, promoting the development of a strong aromatic concentration. Column distillation allows this intense profile to be structured. The one-year ageing in amphorae brings a controlled evolution, without any marked influence of the wood, before an unfiltered bottling in April 2026.
