Le Galion, a singular player in Martinique rum
Located in La Trinité, the Le Galion distillery is the only sugar factory still in operation in Martinique. Producing molasses rums outside the framework of the Martinique AOC, it is recognized for its know-how around Grand Arôme rums. These are obtained through a long fermentation, followed by column distillation, a process that promotes the development of a particularly expressive aromatic profile.
An exclusive selection for Excellence Rhum
Distilled and barreled on April 4, 2022, this rum has been aged 100% continental in a former bourbon cask (Cask n° GGA22HH01). Bottled at its natural strength of 60.9%, it is offered in a limited edition of 245 bottles, exclusively selected and distributed by Excellence Rhum. This bottling highlights the character of Martinique Grand Arôme rums through a confidential selection intended for lovers of authentic spirits and single casks.
