Terroir: the Lamentin plain. The cane fields surround the distillery, which ensures a very fresh harvest.
Purity of the water: the water comes from the Bel Air Spring.
Colour: a beautiful topaz colour with warm gold reflections.

Sommelier's advice: this beautiful rum is to be drunk neat but can also be served as an " old Ti-punch ", as a convivial aperitif as well as with festive chocolate or walnut desserts. Cigar lovers will enjoy it on a Havana or Honduras.

Nose : Nez de miel de "Campèche" aux inimitables effluves créoles.

Palate : fraîcheur de gingembre, notes vanillées, épicées, florales. On retrouve les notes de sous-bois humide tropical et chaleureux : musc et ambre mêlés, avec de voluptueuses notes de tubéreuses et d’agrumes. Un Rhum exceptionnel !
