" Fighting Spirit " is a warrior term in Irish rugby that speaks more about the desire to win than violence. It evokes the strength of great rums, the history of the islands, buccaneers and treasure hunts.

"Gold" embodies this long-sought and finally found treasure: the cuvée expresses both the power and floral sweetness of rum, the crystalline freshness and aromatic richness of sugar cane eaux-de-vie at the height of their fullness. For this exceptional cuvée, Chantal Comte has created a precious silkscreen bottle but without ostentation because "simplicity is the ultimate sophistication" (Leonardo da Vinci).

Fighting Spirit Gold can be served neat and iced as an aperitif or at room temperature, as a grappa, at the end of a meal. It is the perfect accompaniment to Creole specialties (cod accras, West Indian blood sausage, ferocious avocado). Due to its complexity, its saline and iodized freshness, it also goes remarkably well with oysters, caviar, bottarga and smoked fish.
