"This is the land of promise of Martinique!" wrote the Prefect of the island about him. A land of cyclones and volcanic eruptions, Rum is charged with the telluric force that has shaped the landscape. Chantal Comte chose this rum in December 2010 in his search for rare and precious rums.

Terroir: the Lamentin plain. The cane fields surround the distillery, which ensures a very fresh harvest.
Purity of the water: the water comes from the Bel Air Spring.
Colour: a beautiful topaz colour with warm gold reflections.

Sommelier's advice: this beautiful rum is to be drunk neat but can also be served as an " old Ti-punch ", as a convivial aperitif as well as with festive chocolate or walnut desserts. Cigar lovers will enjoy it on a Havana or Honduras.
