Aged in the cellars ofHabitation Saint Etienne, Martinique, and bottled in June 2012 for Chantal Comte, non-vintage (Blend of very old vintages), this exceptional rum offers the
Particularity of having aged in American oak barrels used to age Bourbon whiskey.
Tasting Notes: This rum has a pretty blonde, amber color. It offers a dazzling nose of ginger, vanilla, eucalyptus, candied orange peels and that side
"gunstone" conferred by the barrels used to age American Bourbon. This adds to the fullness of this amazing rum by giving it elegance and refinement.
It offers a lively and surprisingly fresh attack, marked by amber, vanilla and cyprus. Great persistence. It is to be served at room temperature in the spirits glasses of the houses
Riedel or Spiegelau, best suited for tasting great alcohols.
