Jacques Bally, the founder of the brand, bought this property in 1917. Thanks to his expertise acquired at the École Centrale de Paris, he achieved a remarkable feat by building his own distillation column.

Inspired by the aging techniques used in the cognac industry, Jacques Bally was bold and his strategy was successful.

Connoisseurs seek out Bally's great vintages, which are synonymous with quality and craftsmanship, the result of centuries of experience.
