Renowned for the quality of its AOC Martinique rums, the House Dillon signs here one of its most prestigious vintages. Distilled in 2004, this aged rum reflects all the generosity of a year when the sugar cane benefited from exceptional sunshine.

Doubly controlled ageing

After 12 years of maturation in American oak barrels, this rum has been refined in French oak barrels, giving it a unique complexity and a beautiful woody structure.

Tasting notes

Dress: Amber and luminous. Nose: An exceptional concentration of aromas combining exotic fruits, fresh cane and ginger. Mouth: A powerful attack, marked by the freshness of maracuja and a subtle hint of anise that complicates the whole. Final: Long and generous, ending with fruity and floral notes.
