Once out of the barrels, this rum was gradually reduced for 6 months in an oak barrel, before being bottled at Maison Clément in Martinique.
With a beautiful mahogany color, rich in aromas (roasted cocoa), it is harmonious and unctuous in the mouth.
In cocktail or digestive, pure on ice.
