Finding the right balance between their AOC Martinique old rum identity and a singular aromatic hue, HSE has selected from Rozelieures, unpeated single malt whisky barrels with a smoky and fruity profile. After being aged for more than 6 years in oak barrels, this old rum was matured for a minimum of 8 months in ex-whisky barrels Rozelieures.

Nose : u nez, les fruits tropicaux sont enveloppés par des notes de tourbe et de tabac.

Palate : La bouche se charge d’épices douces et d’effluves de cigare frais.

Finish : Elle évolue sur les fruits confits. Sa finale est longue et persistante, les notes tourbées reprennent le dessus.
