Presentation of VSOP Parcellaire

The HSE Parcellaire N°1 Canne d'Or VSOP is the result of a meticulous process that began with the harvesting of R 570 cane, grown on a specific plot developed by theHabitation Saint Etienne. This AOC Martinique agricultural rum, initially distilled in 2016 in the form of white rum, was then aged for several years in oak barrels, giving it its VSOP status. This plot-by-plot approach reveals the aromatic subtleties specific to a single variety of cane, in a strictly controlled environment.

Tasting notes

On the nose, it gives off deep aromas of fig, blond tobacco and old leather. The palate seduces with its elegant and silky texture, enriched with flavours of quince jam, citrus and mocha. The finish stretches over a delicate woodiness, underlined by a hint of liquorice.
