Our tasting notes for Cuvée Caribaea HSE Rhum Vieux VO
Nose : On a une impression d’équilibre et de grande élégance. Aucune agressivité de l’alcool. Epices fondues, vanille Bourbon, feuille de tabac, brioche.
Palate : Une finesse sans folklore, notes de cacao, de vanille, de miel, de café, de cire d’abeilles, de noisettes torréfiées. On ressent l’amertume fine du bois neuf (gingembre, pamplemousse). Aucun caramel n’a été ajouté.
