The aging will be done in 3 new Mizunara Japanese oak barrels of 250 liters each in October 2021. After 8 months of ageing, the rapid evolution of the tannins and aromas from these new barrels requires refining in a 2000 liter French oak barrel to soften the rum for another 4 months. Of an impressive natural sweetness, this Elevé-Sous-Bois will satisfy the impatience of amateurs who, by tasting it with greed, will debate its great originality, the richness and sweetness of its aromas.
