Double Cask Acacia New Grove rum is aged in two types of cask. First, 7 years in French oak barrels, then 1 year in Acacia barrels for its maturation. The maturation gives it a character through floral notes such as pink peppercorns, mint or spicy notes such as grey pepper or nutmeg. A gourmet rum with an exotic finish.
