Not cold filtered and without the addition of coloring, it is produced from molasses and ages mainly in cognac barrels (75%) to which have been added some ex-barrels of bourbon (15%) and whisky (10%). The result is an attractive rum, very sweet and perfect for alone or in cocktail.
