Controlled ageing for aromatic richness

Matured in Limousin oak barrels, this rum develops an intense woody structure, where smoky notes, burnt wood and spices mingle. Its powerful and generous profile highlights Mauritian know-how and the tradition of rums with character.

An expressive and structured rum

On the nose, aromas of burnt gum, liquorice and quince jam intertwine with a metallic touch typical of the range. On the palate, the smoky and slightly tarry attack evolves towards a beautiful roundness, where vanilla and caramel balance the whole. The long and persistent finish extends this tasting with saline and toasted nuances, the signature of a rum with character.
