Our tasting notes for

Nose : lein, riche. Des épices fortes (girofle, muscade) voient leur ardeur tempérée par des agrumes juteux (orange, mandarine). Puis, des notes de levures jouent à cache-cache avec du bois précieux (chêne, cèdre) et des épices (cannelle).

Palate : intense, précise. Tout d’abord, des pêches abricotées gorgées de sucres occupent à elles seules l’espace gustatif. Leur toucher soyeux leur colle à la peau. Pendant de longues minutes, on se délecte de leur liqueur et de leur chair.

Finish : longue, charnue. Toujours aussi présentes, les pêches abricotées sont accompagnées par d’autres fruits à noyau (abricot, mirabelle, reine-claude).
