The Oxenham distillery, located in Mauritius, perpetuates an artisanal know-how combining tradition and innovation. With Oaks & Ames Ambré Gold 43%, it offers an amber rum with a profile that is both fresh and generous.

Thanks to a prolonged fermentation of between 10 and 14 days at low temperature, this pure cane juice rum develops an intense aromatic palette. Distilled in an iron still , it is then aged for 12 months in oak barrels, refining its aromas while preserving the liveliness of the cane juice.

This rum seduces with its gourmet notes of fruit cooked in butter, subtly balanced by a delicate woodiness. Its fresh and round profile makes it an ideal choice for a refined aperitif or a gentle tasting.
