Elderflower and natural quinine
The Elderflower Tonic Water combines natural quinine from Fever-Tree with an elderflower extract that provides floral, slightly musky notes of great finesse. The effervescence is fine and persistent, the sweetness measured. In cocktails, this tonic goes particularly well with floral gins, white rums and vodkas, to which it gives a spring and elegant touch. It can also be enjoyed on its own, on ice, as a refreshing drink with little sugar.
