The Industrielle Sucrière de Bourbon, now known as the Savanna distillery in Bois Rouge, is a historical figure in the production of Reunionese rum. This old rum illustrates the tradition of the 80s, a period when the island was consolidating its know-how in terms of spirits made from sugar cane.
