Founded by Antonio Lopez de Haro and Daniel Pacheco, the Samai distillery embodies a new era for rum in Southeast Asia. Under the expertise of Master Rum Maker Darachampich Moang, this white rum is the result of a double distillation in a still and in a column. It then rests for a year in bourbon barrels, before being filtered with charcoal to regain its crystalline purity.
